Before We’re Gone 2018 – Artist Statement

We live in a world where animal and plant species are disappearing rapidly.

Globally, humans have become creatures of convenience and consumerism. We have and want more, we demand more for less, and we want it yesterday.

Humans touch every part of the ecosystem, from waste generated during manufacturing, to planned-obsolescent products.

I encourage you to consider the small changes you can make to help save these species and others from extinction. ~Dori
