Smaller works are shipped out within 48 hours, unless I have marked the store on vacation. Larger works may take a couple of extra days to properly package them for transport.
Yes. I pay for added insurance. In the event your package arrives damaged, in order to obtain coverage, I ask that you:
1. Take a photo of the exterior packaging before you open it.
2. Take a photo of the interior packaging before you unwrap.
3. If the art is damaged, take a photo of the art.
4. Keep the art and packaging and send photos to me. I will let you know next steps from the carrier.
When I ship I will send tracking information. In the event the item does not arrive by the estimated date, let me know. I will research the policy for the carrier I used. Most carriers require 30 days for missing deliveries before they will pay a claim.
It will depend on which piece(s) you are interested in. Smaller works are much easier to ship than larger or heavy pieces. If you reside outside of the continental United States, please email or call me and we can visit about options and costs.
I realize that it is very difficult to purchase art virtually. If you are truly not happy with your piece, please contact me to make a return within 7 days of receiving it. After we have agreed on the return, you are responsible for packing and arranging return delivery using the same service it was sent to you. Once I have received the piece and inspected it, I will issue a credit back on the account you used minus my actual shipping costs. Unfortunately, I am unable to offer returns for customers outside of the continental United States.
