I used a jello-mold to create a plaster mold for this seashell. The seashell is made of hand-ground salvaged glass mixed with a little bit of vitreous enamel to give it color. The glass has been applied using the technique of Pâte de Verre and fired to a glassy finish on the inside. The shell could be used decoratively or as a trinket dish.
